Katy Kashiwa joined Allied in January of 2008. As Controller, she is responsible for all accounting and finance functions of the company, including financial reporting and analysis, compliance monitoring, and general ledger maintenance.
Ms. Kashiwa began her career in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She then served as a Fund Accountant at a $6 billion hedge fund where she was responsible for financial reporting for the fund’s investors and management.
Ms. Kashiwa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
